SMS is the Industry Partner of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) of the Philippines for Janitorial and Maintenance Services Training. All SMS service personnel undergo rigid training upon hire, on-site training upon deployment, and regular refresher training, especially on new equipment and materials.
Custodial Equipment and Chemicals
SMS manufactures its own cleaning equipment and Product Providers, Inc., an SMS sister company, provides cleaning chemicals and materials. This assures practically NO DOWNTIME as far as SMS quality service is concerned.
Multi-Level Type of Supervision
SMS monitors, supervises, and manages its service personnel in multiple levels assuring strict check and balance. Frontline service personnel has Team Leaders. Team Leaders are supervised by a Building Supervisor. Building Supervisors report to an Area Manager. Area Managers are answerable to the Operations Manager who reports directly to the President of SMS.
